Enjole’ Allen

Founder and Head Coach 

 

Enjole’ Allen is from Lorain,Ohio where she was born and raised. Enjole' was exposed to many dance opportunities beginning at the age of 6 but didn't learn her love for dance until the age of 8. Enjole’ has been dancing since the age of 8 and since then dance has always held a special place in her heart. She danced at her high school (Lorain Admiral King) on the dance team and was a cheerleader as well.

Enjole' graduated from Lorain Admiral King in 2008 and furthered her education at Kent State University. While at Kent State Enjole' was amongst a group of individuals who started Legacy dance team at the University. Enjole’ danced throughout her entire college career gaining much needed experience to Coach Reality Check today. Enjole' has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice (2012) and a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Criminal Behavior (2018). Enjole’ has a strong passion for positively impacting the youth and providing experiences to shape our future generations.

Enjole’ is a licensed makeup artist and the owner of The LayMakerSlay Brand online boutique! 

Enjole' is a wife and a mother to 2 amazing boys and 1 beautiful baby girl.

 

Latoyka Priester Dey

Founder and Head Coach 

Latoyka Priester Dey was born in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio and attended Cleveland Metropolitan School District grades Kindergarden-11th. Latoyka Priester graduated from Nordonia High School. Following graduation Latoyka transitioned to Kent State University graduating with a bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies.

Following graduation Latoyka has worked with minority youth, at-risk youth, the mental health, and homeless population. Latoyka Priester Dey is the Owner of Herb Living, an herbal tea company. Latoyka Priester Bey is also a Holistic Communicator, and Motivational Speaker.

With years of experience working, facilitating, leading, and studying human development and family studies “My continuous goal is to educate, empower, and motivate others to strive towards their full potential. Go queen, you got this.”
