Leadership Program
Peer Leadership Training: Via Zoom 7 Leaders ages 14 to 17 who meet weekly to develop communication, time management, and choreograph skills via zoom with senior leadership founders and head Coach. Leaders develop and advance skills in ballot, modern, hip hop and majorette. Leaders utilize skills taught to teach peers who participate in Baby Check and Elite courses.
Senior Captain Tyleonah Jenkins Work with Senior leadership to learn scheduling, and head choreographing for Elite program, teaches walks, spins, and cultivates creative pieces that adheres to the educational standards of creative arts.
Captain Brielle Elderbridge Support Captain with teaching basic dance disciplines, choreographing and creative design.
Co Captain Caityn Lead Baby Check Leaders Co Captain Bryannah Additional Leadership Opportunities:
Baby Check Leaders: Elite Program participants who volunteer additional time to foster sisterhood and a Coaching style experience to educate and train the Baby Check Program

Think Tank Leaders : A group of up to 8 Elite Dance Members working in a small group throughout the season as a team to create field show, creative, walk through and other pieces that are taught to the Elite participants.

Junior Coaches - Graduating Reality Check members who volunteer services to train participants during summer sessions in ballet, modern, hip hip, and majorette dance styles. Junior Coaches train current participants basic dance discipline and technique through stances, walks and spins that are applied to various routines.
